What is it?
LiveTarget’s newest line of hard baits, the Yearling series.
What does it do?
LiveTarget designed the BaitBall line of lures to emulate a small school of baitfish. The Yearling series takes that concept one step further and jams a half-dozen or more tiny baitfish into a single bait design. This concept ought to be killer in the fall.
How do I use it?
The Yearling series is available in five bait styles: a topwater walking bait (two sizes), a medium-diving crankbait (three sizes), a lipless crankbait (two sizes), a jerkbait (two sizes) and a square bill crankbait (two sizes).
What sets it apart?
Well, with the exception of a 100-year-old glass-cased minnow bait, this is the only bait of its kind. The Bait Ball came first, which housed minnow look-a-likes inside of a clear plastic shell, and now the tiny yearling-sized minnows are on the outside of the bait, giving it some texture. There are five super-realistic colors available.
