It’s 6:45 a.m. on a beautiful morning at Brandenburg Park in Chesterfield, Mich.
In 15 minutes Day 1 will be underway for the Yokohama Tire Bassmaster Elite at Lake St. Clair.
A beautiful sunrise and a patriotic surprise greeted the anglers and fans gathered for the takeoff. Too bad you couldn’t be here for a morning with 65 degree weather. Take an aerial tour of the moment, complete with a flag raising ceremony at precisely 7 a.m.
